A day off

Had a day off yesterday, if you had noticed! I didn't post anything...at all *looks shocked*
ok...ok, i know its not earth shattering news or anything but still, its news to me, and 'my world'.
That title sucks, i should change it, but not now, too tired.

I've been reading this Geisha thing...i think its called Geisha of Gion. Its good , although some bits do show the culture differences between 'my world' (ok, so the title comes in handy here) and hers. (basically western and oriental) Well, anyway, to boil it down to something, its a good book (i know thats not a 'real' phrase, i honestly don't care)
I've also been reading a bit of Frankenstein, a bit more than a bit. But hey, its a good, and inventive book. Did a biographical timeline of the author- Mary Shelley. And like many an author it seems, she's had a traumatic life (though she wrote Frankenstein when she was 18!). Anyway... i think it was Anthony Horowitz who said only people with 'bad' childhoods are good authors. Not of course the case with JK Rowling but still..... i kinda disagree, i know a couple of people who aren't published authors who are good at writing, even if its not fictional or anything. Tadhg being one of them. (I've mentioned him at last)
Didn't read any of the Tempest today.....

Was wondering, for someone else, if anyone knew how to look up quotes on google and they tell you the page, paragraph, line. Its for Scarlet letter if that helps, its not for me.

I wasn't up to much today really, it was really cold outside though! Gosh, apparently there's meant to be snow this week.... kinda De'ja'vu (i dunno if thats how you spell it!) though. They seem to want to bring misery to the millions who commute to work (again commute isn't spealt right i dont think!) and joy to the million of 'skl kids' until the day arrives and the skl kids are filled with bitterness and the commuters joy ; ) funny turn around of events
